Medical Imaging

A free command-line driven program which allows you to convert medical images and DICOM files to various other formats, while optionally performing some rudimentary image processing tasks.

This repository is not intended to collect series of images, but only these files that may emphasize some structural or anatomic differences. [...] Every entry describes a file by its name, its graphical contents and some of its main features.

I am still working on my Ph.D. in computer science applied to biomedical engineering. This thesis, which relates modelling, merging and 3D reconstruction to maxillo-facial surgery, is not online yet but you may have a look at some pictures...
